The Proposed Collective Agreement has been ratified by both Bargaining Committees. At this point it has gone to BCPSEA for final approval.
Please watch your E-mails for a final summary detailing when all of these changes come into effect, and which provisions are subject to backpay. In the meantime, please double check the specific Articles in your current collective agreement if you are unsure if you are covered by the changes. For example page 15 of this Power Point references Article 19 – Employee Benefits. Article 19 is found on page 38, and details who is covered for each of the mentioned allowances.
