We are writing to provide you with an update on the progress of our new intranet. During the initial stages of this platform’s creation, we reached out to all staff to gather your insights and suggestions. Your contributions significantly shaped our development process and played a key role in guiding the direction of the platform.

We are now entering the next stage of development and would like to extend an invitation for you to test the platform and share your feedback. This process is designed to ensure the intranet supports your work and serves the needs of our district. We have scheduled user testing from January 22 to January 31.

In addition to user testing, we would value your input in choosing a name for the new intranet. Working with stakeholder groups we have selected three potential names and we encourage you to vote for your preferred option here:
